Dust mitigation using HEPA into ULPA filtration and physical barriers
We use Festool CT units of various sizes (from large to briefcase sized) fitted with HEPA filtration feeding into ULPA rated collection bags. This captures 99.999% of dust, mold, pollen and anything else. They're essentially rather posh modified vacuums that, as well as being used to collect dust, attach to most of our power tools to capture dust during the building process.

This work is performed behind a physical dust barrier. We use ZipWall technology to achieve this. Zip wall enables us to completely separate the working area from your living space.
Sustainability
We all live on one planet, together. DwellCraft uses only SFI (Sustainable Forest Initiative) approved lumber. Compared against the big box stores, the difference is stark. Far better milled and dried raw materials, the usage of which actually helps the planet, rather than harming it. The difference in cost is close to zero, as forest sustainability practices pay for themselves.

We hand select all lumber used at every stage of every build. This ensures structural integrity, longevity and beauty.
Local
We use only local independent suppliers for lumber, materials, doors, windows, glass, steel and bespoke products. They know us, our standards and expectations. Any contractor looking to work on your home using materials from a certain orange-branded big box store should be a significant red flag.
